All exhibitors need to register for the event via the Registration hub, which will be accessible via the Exhibitor Portal (available soon).

You will be able to register for your badge and to share a registration link with your team, so they can register.

We can help you with your VISA application by issuing an Invitation Letter: on the registration form, you will be able to select that you need a VISA invitation letter and fill out your details, to receive this invitation letter.

You will also have access to invitation links, which you will be able to share with your network, prospects and clients, so they can meet you in Bilbao.

 ♦ Exhibitor List 

You will be able to edit your company profile to show on the Enlit Europe 2025 Exhibitor List, via the Exhibitor Portal (including your logo, company description, press releases or social media channels, and more).

Website visitors will be able to send you messages via the Exhibitor List if they're interested in your products or services.

♦ Invites 

You and your team can share an invitation link with your network, prospects and clients, asking them to join you in Bilbao.

They will be able to register for a free Expo Pass or a Summit pass with a 25% discount, and you will be able to track who has registered via your Invitation link, checking out their e-mail addresses in the Registration Hub.

♦ SmartScan (leads scanner) 

The SmartScan lead capture app will enable you to scan visitor badges using the camera on your mobile devices, on-site in Bilbao.

You will also be able to set up a questionnaire to ask visitors at your stand and you will be able to analyse and download all the information and leads collected post-event. 

♦ Event App

If you are not using the shipping services of Kuehne+Nagel, please take into account that neither Kuehne+Nagel nor Clarion Energy are responsible for any of the handling of the shipment or the storage of empties during the show period. Costs incurred from any items left after the end of the show which have not been picked up by your courier company will be charged to the exhibitor.

Please note: 

• Build-up and Breakdown registration is mandatory. 
• All aisles have to be free of any obstructions on Monday, 17 November, as of 16h00. 
• After 8h00 on Tuesday, 18 November, no more work is to be carried out on your stand. Inspections will make sure all is clear and ready for the official opening at 9h00. 
• Make sure to collect your personal items from stands and meeting rooms no later than Thursday, 20 November, 17h00 when the Breakdown starts. 
• During breakdown, trucks are allowed on the premises and to enter the venue only from 18h30 onwards on Thursday, 20 November.
