Who we are

Enlit is your inclusive guide to the energy transition. We are on a journey to Connect industries, Inspire action and help Europe Evolve into one decarbonised and digitalised energy system for the energy transition.

Together with Smart Energy International and Power Engineering International we engage an online audience of over 170,000 unique users per month and bring together 15,000 attendees at our annual in-person event.

How can I get involved in the event?


Who will I meet during the event?

At Enlit Europe you can meet with experts from utilities, network operators, vendors, consultants, start-ups and system integrators covering the entire smart energy value chain. We are looking forward to welcoming a total of 15,000 industry experts, 700+ exhibitors and 500+ speakers to Milan. Check out this page for more information about our audience. 


How will I be able to reach the most interesting profiles and companies?

Our Networking platform will include networking options and a directory via which you can search for and interact with people, projects and companies, build your personal agenda and send meeting invites. We will let you know once this platform is available - make sure you register and let us know you want to be part of this platform.

What is the difference between the Summit Programme and the Hub Sessions Programme?   

The Summit Programme promises an exciting conference and networking experience, showcasing industry thought leaders who debate the future of energy and interlinked sectors. Summit Delegates will have access to the Connect meeting area and exclusive networking moments.

The free-to-attend Hub Sessions offer a dynamic format and engaging Q&As on the exhibition floor, allowing attendees to network in an exclusive topic-led setting.

Registration

How can I attend the event?

You can attend the event in Milan as a Visitor (Expo Pass), a Summit delegate, a Future Energy Leader or you can be part of the event as a Sponsor, an Exhibitor or a Partner. 

You can also get involved with Enlit Europe throughout 2024 with our online offer, where we strive to make sure business is still generated, best practice is shared, and innovation is fostered and financed.

Is the event free of charge?

Visitor Registration is free - an Expo Pass will give you access to the Exhibition Floor, the Hub Sessions and networking receptions. You can register here.


Do I have to pay to access the Hub Sessions?

Access to the Hub Sessions is included in a free Expo Pass. Learn more about the Programme. You can register on this page.


What is the difference between an Expo Pass and a Summit Pass?   

A free Expo Pass gives you access to the Exhibition Floor, the Hub Sessions and networking receptions. Your Expo Pass is valid for all 3 days of the event.
A paid Summit Pass grants you access to all of the above, plus the exclusive Summit area, where you will be able to attend the Summit Programme, featuring panel discussions, Energy Transitions Talks and the Connect Area for exclusive networking with fellow Summit attendees and Speakers. Your Summit pass is valid for all 3 days of the event.

Are there group discounts to attend the Summit?

Yes. If you want to register a group of people to attend the Summit, group discounts apply. Check out more details on this page.


What are the payment methods available?

You can pay for your Summit pass by bank transfer or credit card. You can select the payment method during the registration process. 
Please note, bank transfer will only be available until the 7th of October. Any Summit pass purchase made after that date can only be paid with credit card. 
No payments will be allowed on-site, at the Fiera Milano di Rho entrance, so please make sure to pay online before entering the venue, and bring your confirmation e-mail with you, so you can scan your barcode at the self-service stations and print your badge.


Can students attend the Summit for free?

Students and young professionals can apply for a Future Energy Leaders pass if they want to attend the Summit for free. Their application will be considered by a selection committee. More information about this programme is on this page.


I am a member of the press. How can I join the event?

As a press pass holder, you’ll be given access to our top speakers and full access to the 3-day event, the exhibition, all Hub Sessions and the strategic Summit. We will also assist you in setting up interviews which you can conduct in our dedicated media centre.

I am a speaker. Do I need to register for the event?

Yes, you need to register for your Contributor pass via your Speaker Portal. If you have any questions about your participation, get in touch with our Content team: Conference@enlit-europe.com.


I am an exhibitor - do I need to register for an Exhibitor Pass?

Yes, all exhibitors need to register for the event via the Exhibitor Portal. If you have any questions about your participation, get in touch via exhibitor@enlit-europe.com.


I have registered, but I didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail. What can I do?

Please check your Spam Folder for the confirmation e-mail. If it is not there, send us an e-mail at service@enlit-europe.com and let us know which e-mail address you registered with, so our team can help you.


I made a mistake during registration. How can I edit my information?

On the confirmation e-mail you received after registering, there is a link that allows you to edit your registration details - click on that link to access the registration form and make any changes. You can also log in here.


How do I get my ticket to access Enlit Europe?

One week prior to the event you will receive an e-mail from the organisers with a link taking you to the entrance barcode voucher. Click on the link and take the barcode voucher with you to the event on your phone/ tablet.
This barcode will also be available in the event app, on an "Entry Ticket" menu item which will become available one week before the event. More information about the event app will be available closer to the event.
At the registration area, you will be able to scan your barcode and print your badge to access the event.


When does registration close?

You can register for the event until 24 October, 15h00 CET, using our registration page (online).
Make sure to register online before entering the venue, and bring your confirmation e-mail with you, so you can scan your barcode at the self-service stations and print your badge. 

Please Note: Registration on site is not advised, to avoid long queues. In addition, to register onsite you will need to provide us with either a valid business email address or official business card prior to entry at the venue.

Enlit Europe 2024 works with a dedicated agent to provide special discounts and rates for hotel bookings around the venue, check this page to book your room(s).

Can I get a VISA invitation letter from the organiser?

We can help you with your VISA application by issuing an Invitation Letter after you have registered to attend the event.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Wi-Fi: During the event, there will be open Wi-Fi available for all visitors in the exhibition halls. Access details will be shared on-site, on the venue signage. The network will be able to support basic internet functionalities only.

Cloakroom: There will be a cloakroom service available on the Exhibition Floor. It will be open during event days from 30 minutes prior to and until 30 minutes after opening hours. Please note that a fee of €2 per item will apply.

ATM: ATMs are available close to the halls and at the South Gate entrance. Click here for the map of the venue.

First Aid: The general medical office is located at the Service Center, next to Hall 7.

Taxis: Taxi stations are located just outside of the East Gate entrance.
