Do you want to be part of our Programme for Enlit Europe 2022?
The fostering and nurturing of young talent is a central pillar of Initiate, whether a young professional at the beginning of their career in energy or a final-year student.
Our bespoke Future Energy Leaders Programme gives students who are approaching graduation and are interested in working in the industry and young professionals (under-30) genuine opportunities to learn about the industry and the energy transition.
The Initiate stage was host for the EIT InnoEnergy Career Impact Challenge (CIC), where they introduced their challenges to the EIT InnoEnergy Master Student Teams: Woon Duurzaam, McKinsey Energy Insights, volytica diagnostics, Sylfen, Siemens Energy.
For start-ups and new ventures, we have a dedicated area where they can have one-to-one meetings, present their ideas, products and service solutions, and work and relax - with coffee on tap.
