Join the Programme
Criteria to qualify as a Future Energy Workforce participant
To attend Enlit Europe as a Future Energy Workforce participant, which is free of charge, you must qualify as one of the following:
- Students with a valid student ID (under 30), enrolled in a degree programme in the energy field or a related one.
- Recent Graduate Students (from 2021 onwards) who have completed a degree in the energy field or a related one, and are interested in pursuing a career in the energy sector.
- Young Professionals at the start of their careers (under 30) working in the energy sector or a related one, with less than 5 years of work experience - limited to 3 persons per company.
- Maximum of 400 spots available -

Future Energy Workforce participants are busy at Enlit Europe
As a Future Energy Workforce participant, you are FREE to:
- Explore the latest technologies on the exhibition floor
- Meet and learn from project teams on the EU Projects Zone
- Attend the Summit sessions and networking receptions
- Listen to the Hub Sessions on topics such as energy storage, digitalisation, and others
- Get inspired by the start-ups and scale-ups at the Innovators Zone
- Connect with energy professionals during networking sessions
