Yago is an engineer with +20 years of experience on Ocean Energy. While working at EVE, he was responsible for Mutriku Wave Power Plant during its design, construction and first years of operation. Involved in the BiMEP project since its inception, he was in charge of the design, construction and commissioning of the BiMEP test site, where he is currently the Technical Director. Yago is also the Spanish representative at the TCP OES (Technology Collaboration Programme on Ocean Energy Systems within the International Energy Agency).
