Vasilis Kotrogiannis is a research associate at the School of Electrical & Computer Engineering and holds an MSc in Environment and Development from NTUA. His work focuses on the energy transition, alternative energy sources, and the integration of innovative technologies such as blockchain into the energy ecosystem. He has contributed to the EU projects ENERGATE, InEExS, and EnerTEF. His recent publications include contributions presented at IISA 2025, EURO 2024, and EMCEI 2024, addressing decision-making frameworks, smart energy services, and financing tools for energy efficiency projects.
