Tamara Hadjina, PhD, is Head of OT SOC Development at KONČAR – Digital in Zagreb, Croatia. She holds a doctorate in Electrical Engineering from the University of Zagreb, specializing in control systems and renewable energy integration. Her professional background spans research, teaching, and leadership of EU-funded projects in areas such as cybersecurity of industrial control systems, predictive control and smart energy management. She has managed international projects from Horizon 2020 and Digital Europe program and is active in professional associations such as CIGRE Croatia. Tamara is the author of numerous scientific publications and a frequent speaker on cybersecurity and energy systems at international conferences.
