Faston focuses on (1) Enterprise AI and AI strategies that drives real results, (2) data center strategy and operational design to manage power-price risk and optimize costs, and (3) Europe’s green transition—helping clients navigate fast-moving, policy-shaped markets. Stefan has led projects in machine economy and autonomous energy systems, M&A, and the launch of commercial operations. Before founding Faston, he ran energy trading desks for many years and served on IT committees and risk boards, building teams, processes, and trading systems.
