Stavros Stamatoukos is a senior energy engineer with 25-years of experience in energy systems. He is currently a Policy Officer at the European Commission, specialising in the digitalisation of energy systems and the application of Artificial Intelligence. Prior to joining the Commission, Stavros spent 15 years in the private sector, where he was involved in the design and construction of energy infrastructure projects. He holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and a Master's degree in Energy Management from the University of Amsterdam Business School.
