Serhat Emir Ogan earned his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical-Electronics Engineering Department from Middle East Technical University in 2017 and 2021. During his M.Sc. studies, he specialized in designing energy converters for both renewable energy and railway applications within the industry. Since 2022, he is pursuing a Ph.D. degree at Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
