During his professional career, he held various management roles in Business Development, Marketing & Sales and Enterprise Architecture & Strategy. With clients such as Vattenfall, E.ON, RWE, Bayer, BASF or Lanxess he focused on creating multidisciplinary and sustainable digital transformation outcomes. R'diger studied General Management (Executive MBA) at Danube University Krems. He also received a certification in management from the University of Hagen, in information technology from the AFW Business Academy Bad Harzburg. He is also certified as a financial advisor.
