Computer Engineer and holder of a Master’s degree in Process and Systems Engineering, is the Director of the Smart City Area at CARTIF. He specialises in urban innovation, public-private collaboration, and European projects. He has coordinated flagship initiatives such as R2Cities and mySMARTLife, focused on energy transition and urban sustainability, and currently oversees strategic projects including CyLH₂Valley, MOBILITIES for EU, NEUTRALPATH, and REHOUSE, among others. His work focuses on connecting public administrations, companies, and technology centres to deploy solutions that improve quality of life in cities and foster the digital and green transitions at the territorial level.
