Radoslaw Gnutek has served as Director of Hydrogen Projects Development at Polenergia S.A. since July 2021, managing green hydrogen initiatives ranging from 5 MW to 100 MW. Previously, he led the Polish Process Engineering Business Unit at Bilfinger Tebodin (2019-2021) and was Executive Director of Research & Innovation at TAURON Group (2016-2018). From 2005 to 2016, he held various roles at Vattenfall/Nuon in Amsterdam, including leadership positions in wind generation and carbon capture projects. With over 20 years of experience in the energy sector, Radoslaw specializes in carbon capture, renewable energy, and hydrogen projects. He holds a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from Wrocław University of Technology.
