Pier Filippo Di Peio
Pier Filippo Di Peio is Director of Energy Management and Trading in Sorgenia SpA and CEO of Sorgenia Trading SpA.
His main responsibilities include the dispatching of four CCGT plants, the purchasing of gas, the pricing and the hedging activities for the power and gas customers and the management of the trading activities on the forward markets.
He joined Sorgenia in 2000 during the start-up phase of the company and he also covered the roles of Business Development Manager and Gas Supply and Trading Manager.
Before joining Sorgenia Pier Filippo Di Peio worked for the consulting firm Booz Allen and Hamilton and for Edison in Italy and UK.
He graduated in Business Administration in 1994 at Bocconi University of Milan and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
