Pedro Nunes is an Electrical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the EDP Group. He currently serves as Area Manager of Electrical Tests at EDP LABELEC and leads the High Voltage Laboratory – Electrical Energy Lab.

Pedro holds a pre-Bologna EU degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) from Instituto Superior Técnico, Lisbon, Portugal and completed the General Management Program at AESE Business School.

He is a member of the Portuguese Order of Engineers, CIGRÉ Study Committee B1, and former Chairman of the EuroDoble Client Committee. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, Pedro has extensive expertise in high-voltage testing, power quality analysis, insulation coordination, and asset management.
