Paweł Wróbel is the Director of Director of Polish Electricity Association (PKEE). He previously co-founded and served as Managing Director of BalticWind.EU, worked as a consultant at Gate Brussels, and headed the RE-Source Poland Hub. From 2010 to 2015, he worked at the European Commission in the cabinets of Budget Commissioners, focusing on energy, climate, and environmental legislation, and later at the Directorate-General for the EU Budget (DG BUDG). He is also a university lecturer and has delivered lectures at institutions such as the Stockholm School of Economics, SGH Warsaw School of Economics, the University of Gdańsk, and the Gdynia Maritime University. He has authored numerous publications on EU energy and climate policy.
