Nikos has worked with the Investment Promotion Directorate since 2008, in the Technology, Innovation, Logistics, Services, Environment and Energy sectors, highlighting the high-potential investment opportunities that make Greece a resilient and sustainable investment destination. Having organized and participated in 100+ business missions abroad in key investment markets globally, he has also been involved in the support and facilitation of several investment projects developed in Greece, in these sectors. 

Since 2022 Nikos leads the Energy, Environment and Services Sectors Investment Promotion Directorate at the national Investment and Trade Promotion Agency, supervised by the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

During his tenure at EG he has also completed a 3-year secondment at the Renewables Unit of the Greek Energy Regulator (RAE). Over his career, he has also participated in several Committees and Working Groups on Energy, Just Transition, Logistics and Investments.

Nikos is a graduate of Lancaster University (UK) with a BSc in Economics, a post-graduate of Manchester University-UK (UMIST), with an MSc in Business Economics, and an ITCILO (UN) alumni.
