At Kaluza, Melissa leads the business in delivering advanced automation, enabling world-leading customer experiences and innovating demand response services to energy companies around the world. 

Prior to Kaluza, Melissa was part of UK energy major OVO's launch team, where she spearheaded award-winning customer service operations, helping OVO to disrupt the market.

As OVO Group's COO in 2019, Melissa played a key role in the technical integration of 3.5 million customer accounts following a landmark acquisition of a large incumbent.
