Kristina Klimovich is Programme Officer at the Energy Efficiency Hub Secretariat, hosted within the International Energy Agency’s Energy Efficiency and Inclusive Transitions (EEIT) Office since August 2021. She leads initiatives that advance international collaboration on energy efficiency. Before joining the IEA, Kristina served as Head of Advisory and Consulting at Global New Energy Finance, managing projects focused on financing sustainable building renovations. Earlier in her career, she promoted the Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing mechanism in the United States. Kristina holds a bachelor’s degree in social sciences from the University of Alaska and a master’s degree in international affairs from The New School in New York City.
