José Villar is a Senior Researcher at INESC TEC (CPES), leading the Electricity Markets area. With a Ph.D. from ICAI-Comillas, he has over 20 years of experience and has contributed to 70+ projects and 130+ publications on market modelling, regulation, and energy transition strategies.
