Jochen Hauff
Jochen is an environmental economist with over 25 years of experience in renewable energy, strategy, and corporate sustainability.
In the first part of his career, he was a management consultant with Kearney, advising more than 75 clients around the globe across the entire energy value chain. He built up the renewable energy and corporate sustainability competence center and implemented the firms 'carbon neutral pledge' in 2010.
Since 2015, Jochen is working for BayWa r.e., where he oversees a global team uniting Corporate Strategy, Energy Policy and Corporate Sustainability in one department for the global BayWa r.e. group. He reports to the group CEO and drives strategic projects in close collaboration with Board and Global Business leaders at BayWa r.e.
Jochen is an elected Vice President of Solar Power Europe and a faculty member of the Renewable Energy Management Executive Program at St. Gallen University.-
