Jennifer Porto, originally from Iowa (USA), holds music performance degrees from Iowa State University and the Cleveland Institute of Music. As a Fulbright scholar in Leipzig, she performed with the Oper Leipzig soloist ensemble. Co-founder of a cross-cultural performance ensemble, she also created and performed a series of acclaimed one-woman shows. Transitioning to higher education, Jennifer has taught university-level courses for CIEE in Berlin and moderated discussions on sustainability, entrepreneurship, culture, and education. She currently serves on the administration at New York University in Berlin, managing a range of programs.
