Isabel Candil is Energy Industry Advisor at Microsoft. She helps customers catalyze their vision/ideas and connects them to unique perspectives and constructive disruptions that inspire them to drive the future story of their business together with the Microsoft ecosystem. Previously, Isabel spent 7 years at an Energy Company where her mission was to foster the digital transformation, contributing to adapt the organization to new scenarios, technologies, and new ways of working. 

Originally from Madrid, Spain where she lives. She earned a bachelor´s degree in Industrial Engineering from ICAI University and started her career at Deloitte, leading IT consulting and audit projects in several companies in the Financial, Energy, Telecommunications and Construction industries.

She strongly believes technology is a powerful force for good and we have the responsibility to foster a sustainable future where everyone has access to the benefits and opportunities created by technology.
