Hortense Jacon began her career in 2017 in Transaction Services at Eight Advisory, where she supported corporate and private equity clients on financial due diligence engagements. She then spent four years as a Private Equity investor at Bpifrance, the French public investment bank, focusing on LBO investments in SMEs.

Since 2023, she has been an Investment Manager at TiLT Capital Partners, a €320 million European growth capital fund dedicated to the energy transition. TiLT invests in innovative companies driving energy efficiency, flexibility, and the decarbonisation of the energy system
