Hortense Jacon began her career as a Transaction Services consultant at Eight Advisory before spending four years as a Private Equity investor at Bpifrance, the French public investment bank supporting SMEs in their growth and innovation.

In 2023, she joined TiLT Capital as an Investment Manager. TiLT Capital’s first fund, a €320m European growth capital fund, is dedicated to the energy transition. The fund invests in companies offering solutions that improve energy efficiency and enhance the flexibility of the energy system.
