Hanna Grene is an energy and technology executive leading Global Go to Market for the Energy & Resources Industry at Microsoft with responsibility for industry strategy, revenue growth, partnerships, innovation, and sales enablement. Hanna supports Microsoft, its partners, and the largest oil and gas, power and utility, and mining companies in the world with their digital transformation including the adoption of AI.

Throughout her career, Hanna has focused on creating societal impact and unlocking exceptional business outcomes. She has enabled over $50B in clean energy infrastructure investments, authored policy, forged cross-sector partnerships, and delivered innovation into the challenging and highly-regulated energy sector. Hanna is an adviser to the IEA, EPRI Advisory Board Member, and board member for GridForward. She currently lives in San Diego, CA with her family.
