Guillermo Rivas is the Head of the Talent Acquisition team at Iberdrola España, where he is responsible for leading the strategy for both internal and external recruitment, as well as promoting Iberdrola’s employer brand. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management and an Executive Master’s in Human Resources.
