Gregorio Fernández is the technical leader of the REEFLEX project, focused on developing interoperable solutions and energy services for demand-side flexibility. At CIRCE, he works within the Smart Grids Operation and Optimization Group, leading research on microgrid management, flexibility algorithms, and integration of distributed energy resources into emerging market frameworks.
