Giorgio Segre, born in Turin in 1991, holds a degree in Energy Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin and a Master's in Sustainable Energy Engineering from KTH University in Stockholm. 

Giorgio began his career in multi-utility consulting at BIP, followed by a brief role as a Business Developer for utility-scale battery energy storage systems at Engie EPS (now NHOA). He then developed his expertise in operations as a Manager at Amazon in both the UK and Italy. 

Giorgio joined Italgas in 2021, initially focused on business development in gas distribution. Currently, he leads the development of Green Gas initiatives, with a strong emphasis on biomethane and hydrogen projects. Passionate about new technologies and renewable energy, Giorgio is driven by curiosity and advocates for integrating interdisciplinary knowledge to achieve long-term results.
