Bacherlor´s Degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and Master´s Degree in Strategic HR Management from EOI, I have received training in management and leadership at IESE and INSEAD and I am a certified change practitioner by PROSCI.

I began my professional career in the organization and HR development area at Iberdrola Engineering until 2021 I joined the Corporate HR team at Iberdrola as Head of Training and Development in Spain.

With the start of the company´s international growth, in 2008 I became part of the Global Executive Development Directorate, where I had held various responsibilities in the field of talent management.

I am currently Head of Talent and Learning at the Iberdrola Group, while mantaining my previous responsibilities in leadership development and employee experience, an area I launched in 2023.
