Dr. Efren Guillo-Sansano is currently Innovation Manager at Grupo Enercoop, where he coordinates the contributions of the company towards national and European R&D projects. He has research and industry experience in projects involving energy communities, renewable energy conversion systems, microgrids, testing of novel electric components, and future power system control concepts. He is currently working in the development of energy communities, their provision of flexibility and their inclusion into local energy markets for improving operation of local distribution grids.
