Dr. Dominic Kohler is a tech and energy executive at Siemens AG, leading the global product management for power grid planning software. With his teams he is responsible both for the continued success and transformation of proven products, and for the market introduction of next generation software from business incubation. Dominic is passionate about the energy transition and sustainability, and loves working with a global customer base to extract the most value from modern technologies like Digital Twin, Cloud or AI. 

In previous roles Dominic has worked as strategic assistant to the Division CEO of Siemens’ energy management business, and as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. He holds a PhD in mathematics and a Diploma in physics, with a research focus on modeling, simulation and analytics of infrastructure grids.
