Constantinos Mammassis
Constantinos Mammassis is a Senior Innovation Advisor at the Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator (HEDNO) and an adjunct professor at the University of Piraeus. Previously, he served as an Assistant Manager in Strategy Consulting at Ernst & Young and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich), Norwich Business School (University of East Anglia), and the Athens University of Economics and Business. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Patras, Greece, and an M.Sc. in Management with Entrepreneurship from Bayes (formerly Cass) Business School, City, University of London. Constantinos has acted as Principal or Co-Investigator in numerous research and consultancy projects across the domains of innovation management, corporate strategy, and entrepreneurship, for both domestic (e.g., HEDNO, National Bank of Greece, Alpha Bank) and international organizations (e.g., Credit Suisse, European Commission – ERDF / MED Programme, South East Europe Programme). His research has been supported by competitive grants from the Hellenic Foundation for Research and Innovation and the Greek State Scholarships Foundation. His scholarly interests focus on strategic innovation management, organizational learning, and power-dependence relations in organizational contexts. His work has been published in leading outlets such as the European Management Review, the European Management Journal, and the Academy of Management Annual Conference.
