Borja de Miguel is Project Manager at IDOM within advanced design and analysis focused on offshore renewable energy systems.

He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Basque Country and an M.Sc. in Thermal Power from Cranfield University (UK), specializing in gas turbine technology. 

Since 2011, Borja has contributed to the development of wave energy harvesting technologies, leading technical innovation and project management. At IDOM, he has expanded his expertise to marine renewable projects, including floating testing infrastructures and offshore substations. He has authored several technical papers and regularly presents at international conferences.
