Dr. ir. Bart Goes holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from the University of Navarra (1999). He earned his engineering degree from the University of Leuven, specializing in Materials Engineering. He currently works as Project Director in Hydrogen Technologies at TECNALIA. He holds an Executive MBA from CEREM (2010) and received the title of Expert in Promotion and Management of International R&I Projects from the UPM (2022). Since October 2023 he is coordinating the European project CLEANHYPRO, a €13.8 million project that brings together a total of 28 partners in Europe and the Joint Research Center (JRC), which reports to the European Commission. This project and the INNOMEM project, where he served as Work Package Leader, have allowed him to gain expertise in Open Innovation Testbeds (OITBs), which are Technology Infrastructures. Before joining Tecnalia in 2009, he worked in industry, either as a Project Manager (for 6,5 years) or as a Technical Director (for 3,5 years).
