Anna Brussa
An experienced team leader and strategy manager, she brings over two decades of expertise in public policy, innovation management, and systems transformation. Currently serving as Head of Industry Value Chains Transformation at Climate-KIC, she leads large-scale initiatives aimed at driving sustainable industrial transitions across Europe. As a member of the management team and orchestrator of the Just Systems Transformation Programme, she has been instrumental in advancing system innovation approaches that connect industry, policy, and regional ecosystems to achieve deep decarbonisation and just transition outcomes. Previously, she held senior leadership positions in the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development and the Ministry of Economy, where she shaped national entrepreneurship, innovation, and startup development policies. Her experience also includes collaboration with the European Commission as a policy design lab expert. With a strong record of designing and implementing multi-stakeholder strategies, she is recognised for her impact-driven approach, combining policy analysis, experimentation, and systems thinking to foster innovation-led transformation in both government and international contexts.
