Andreia Dos Santos Fernandes is the Executive Director of AATE – Association Allaince for the Energy Transition. 
She holds degrees in Mechanical and Agronomic Engineering and an MBA from Warwick Business School, with over 15 years of experience in energy, sustainability, R&D, and business development. Her career includes roles at Instituto Superior Técnico and the National Laboratory of Energy and Geology (LNEG), as well as leading EIT InnoEnergy in Portugal. She has contributed to large-scale industrial projects such as Corpower, Principle Power, and Northvolt. Andreia is passionate about collaborative solutions that accelerate the energy transition and promote a sustainable future.
