Álvaro Arana is responsible for Business Development at Boslan, part of Accenture, where he leads the company’s strategic growth across renewable energy, power transmission and distribution infrastructure, and emerging green-gas markets. With a career spanning business development, engineering, and international project delivery, he oversees sales strategy, market positioning, proposal management and commercial integration across Boslan’s business units, now fully embedded within Accenture Industry X’s Infrastructure & Capital Projects division.

A mechanical engineer with postgraduate studies at IIT Chicago, IESE (MBA) and IEB, Álvaro has collaborated in major pursuits in green-hydrogen development and engineering services for capital projects in renewables, utilities and water. His background also includes commercial and after-sales responsibility for industrial equipment portfolios such as compressors, cryogenic pumps, blowers and CHP engines.

At Enlit Europe 2025, Álvaro will share insights on how to accelerate the deployment of decarbonisation technologies through integrated engineering, sound commercial strategy and large-scale project execution.
