Aisa Tesorero Town is a Governance Manager with SP Energy Networks' Network Digitalisation Department, focusing on strategic alignment, business planning,  programme governance, and regulatory assurance. An electrical engineer by background, she collaborates across development, analytics, systems and delivery teams to help translate digital capabilities  - such as LV visibility, predictive analytics, and enhanced governance - into measurable ED2 outcomes and early ED3 readiness. Her role supports improved evidence, investment cases, and delivery against SPEN's strategic commitments through regulatory reporting, programme planning and governance frameworks, and strengthened performance oversight. She brings a cross-functional, digital and governance-led perspective to lifecycle decision-making at Enlit Europe.
