Adrian is the COO of Gazelle Wind Power, a technology company developing a truly innovative floating platform for the largest wind turbines, that offers an LCOE approaching than of fixed bottom offshore wind.

With extensive experience of mass production and operational performance across many industries, he is helping to shape the way that platforms are designed and operated, to minimise costs and maximise generation time.

Adrian is a passionate advocate for the energy transition and circular economy. He has been integral to several successful start-ups, gaining expertise in product development, governance and capital raising. In 2019 he was named as a Maserati top 100 innovator, in 2022 as one of the world’s top 40 power players in the chemical sector, for his work in plastic recycling. He is a Chartered Engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial.
