At Enlit, the Dutch DSOs united in Netbeheer Nederland will present how the NextGen smart metering blueprint is becoming reality. With the tender phase completed, the program is entering joint development and testing. This modular and future-proof architecture — featuring the open X1 interface and a shared national headend system— marks a major step toward the next generation of smart metering in the Netherlands.
