The goals of the energy transition are ambitious, and as it shifts into an implementation phase this is significantly straining the supply of equipment, such as transformers, high-voltage cables, and HVDC converters, and well as components and further upstream materials. If we then add into the mix the ongoing tariff war with the US that looks set for the long term, and even globalisation under threat, things are looking challenging. An expert panel will explore how we can combat all this to ensure the resiliency of Europe’s supply chains now and in the future.
