Formerly known as State-owned Qingdao Counter Factory.
Almost 60years in making counters since 1966. Hosting standard-setting for JB/T6181-1992
& JB 6181-2008 for electromagnetic counters. Participated in the formulation of the national
standard GBT14482-1993 & GB Z 14482-2022 for mechanical counters.
In October 2001, officially changed name to Qingdao Hitech Chuangying Instrument Co.,Ltd.
