ENERGENIUS is a Horizon Europe project that reimagines how citizens, businesses, and communities interact with energy. By integrating cutting-edge digital tools, AI-driven insights, and gamification, ENERGENIUS empowers users to make smarter energy choices.
The project validates and scales solutions across 10 pilot sites in Europe, ensuring inclusiveness and real-world impact.
ENERGENIUS brings together expertise from 9 cross-sectoral knowledge arenas – from energy and mobility to real estate, tourism, water, and health – creating integrated solutions for a sustainable future.
Key innovations include:
- GURU: an AI energy assistant providing personalized recommendations.
- ENPLAY: a gamified simulation platform for energy-saving scenarios.
- EcoPulse smartwatch: a prototype device that links energy, comfort, and health awareness.
