sector through digital innovation and citizen participation. The project is
dedicated to fostering the development of energy communities, enabling a more
accessible and resilient energy system across Europe. At the core of CELINE is
the Digital Toolbox, designed for households, energy communities, and
cooperative groups to optimise energy management and empower consumers.
