Welcome Onboarding Email Templates 2024
VISA Invitation Letter: we can help exhibitors with their application by issuing an Invitation Letter after they have registered to attend the event. On the registration form, they need to indicate that they need a VISA invitation letter and fill out their details. The VISA invitation letter will be available after they register on the Registration hub and exhibitors will also be able to download it from the confirmation email they receive after they register.

If you would like to log in to the Exhibitor Portal and access all the information exhibitors see when they log in, please use these login details:
How do exhibitors receive their login details? After signing their contracts and being confirmed internally by the Sales team, exhibitors will receive an email with their login details to access the Exhibitor Portal. This will take up to 1 week, max. If it's taking longer than that, please contact exhibitor@enlit-europe.com. Please note this will only happen from the moment the Exhibitor Portal is live, in April.
Help videos: We prepared short videos to guide exhibitors through their journey, showing what they need to do to prepare their stand or how they can use the tools available in the Exhibitor Portal to promote their participation.

Exhibitors have to register for a Build-up and Breakdown pass via the link below; more information is available on 'My Stand' > 'Schedule & Build-Up and Breakdown' page.

Please note:
Exhibitors, Sponsors and Partners can register for their Exhibitor Passes and upgrade to an Exhibitor Delegate pass via the Exhibitor Portal: 'Register & Invite' > 'Register my Staff'.
They can also get their custom invitation link to invite their network in the Exhibitor Portal: 'Register & Invite' > 'Invite my Clients'. This link will allow exhibitors to track the invites sent and follow up with those who accept their invites before the event starts.

Cloakroom
There will be a cloakroom service available on the Exhibition Floor. It will be open during event days from 30 minutes prior to and until 30 minutes after opening hours. Please note that a fee of €2 per item will apply.

Floor Plan and Ducts
Please note that stands not located on a duct can’t take power from a duct in the aisle in front of their stand, but they will be provided with a ceiling drop. This will be provided by the venue and can be ordered in the Fiera Milano Exhibitor Services. It's possible to check the stands that require a ceiling drop on the floor plan (stands marked in red):

Parking for Enlit Europe 2024 is available at the venue.
Access to the car park is free for loading / unloading, but it is mandatory to register before entry.
During event days, parking is subject to a fee.
IMPORTANT: registering vehicles to access the venue during the build-up and breakdown period or during the event days needs to be done via the Exhibitor Portal ('Parking' page).
Parking during Build-up & Breakdown
CARS
Vehicles can only stay for a maximum of 2 hours around the pavilions for unloading/loading.
Afterwards, all cars must be parked at Parking P4 - next to the East Gate entrance. This parking is subject to a fee and payment is made directly on-site. Prices are: € 14,00 - up to 4 hours; and € 20,00 - over 4 hours and up to a maximum of 24 hours.
TRUCKS & VANS
Vehicles can only stay for a maximum of 2 hours around the pavilions for unloading/loading.
Afterwards, all trucks must be parked outside of the venue in the available parking areas below - it is not allowed to park around the pavilion.
* Please note that Vehicle Registration will be available from the 5th of September.

Exhibitors that have reserved a Shell Scheme Stand at Enlit Europe 2024 have the elements below included in their stand.

Company name: The company name displayed on the Exhibitor Portal will be used for the fascia of the stand, unless agreed otherwise with the event stand builder by the set deadline.

Graphics design: the graphics design of stands must be provided by exhibitors and submitted to enlit-premiumstands@fieramilanocongressi.it by the 20th of September.
Clarion Energy Exhibit Rules & Regulations and Health & Safety are a binding and integral part of the exhibitor's contract with Enlit Europe 2024.
Enlit Europe 2024 has set standards which will safeguard the health and safety of any person working at or visiting our event.

If exhibitors have reserved a Raw Space or Pavilion Raw, it is mandatory to submit specific paperwork for inspection to Abraxys Global, the official Health & Safety Management Officer at Enlit Europe 2024.

Using an alternative freight forwarder?
If exhibitors are not using Kuehne+Nagel as the freight forwarder, they should read the Shipping Instructions carefully to avoid any problems and that the freight forwarder applies the same deadlines.
If exhibitors are not using the shipping services of Kuehne+Nagel, please take into account that neither Kuehne+Nagel nor Clarion Energy are responsible for any of the handling of the shipment or the storage of empties during the show period. Costs incurred from any items left after the end of the show which have not been picked up by the courier company will be charged to the exhibitor.
