Enlit Europe, originally scheduled to take place on 27-29 October 2020, is now rescheduled to 30 November through to 2 December 2021 at the Fiera Milano, in Milan, Italy.

Why is the 2020 event rescheduled?

Enlit Europe, originally scheduled to take place on 27-29 October 2020, is now rescheduled to 30 November through to 2 December 2021 at the Fiera Milano, in Milan, Italy.

The decision was taken as a result of both the directions provided by the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control and applicable Italian governmental public health directions, which obliged us to reschedule the event to best ensure the safety of our customers, attendees, staff and suppliers. Read more about this here.

 

Why is the 2021 event still taking place in Milan?

With a rich heritage in the energy sector, Italy is a front-runner in Europe’s energy transition. As one of the largest industrial regions in Europe – and one that is easily accessible from across Europe and beyond – Milan is a natural centre point for everyone involved in the energy transition to converge, connect, inspire and evolve. This reality has not changed and Enlit Europe still believes Milan is the perfect location to hold the event in 2021.

 

What are you planning for 2020 now that the event is rescheduled?

This year we will create a continually-evolving online resource and community platform that is available to you 365 days a year. This will include online sessions and a virtual event that will be free to sign up for. Click here to read more and sign up.

 

What will happen next year?

The event will be rescheduled to take place on the 30th of November through to the 2nd of December, 2021, in Fiera Milano, in Milan, Italy.

Please be assured that we are continuing to closely monitor the latest public health and government advice with regards to COVID-19 (coronavirus) and are carefully adhering to their directions. Our absolute priority is to safeguard the health and welfare of all those involved in our events.

I have already registered as a visitor for the 2020 event. Now that the event is rescheduled what do I do?

Your registration is still valid for the event in 2021. If you don’t want to visit in 2021, please let us know by e-mailing us at service@enlit-europe.com and your registration will be cancelled at no cost.

 

I already have a Summit Pass for 2020. Can I get my money back?

As the 2020 event has been rescheduled, your Summit Pass will be transferred to the new event dates: 30 November – 2 December 2021. If you are not able to attend the new event dates, your ticket will be applicable for the next year. If neither of these is acceptable, you may choose to attend another Clarion event taking place in the next 12 months. If none of the above work, a refund of your current ticket will be given.

 

I have already booked my hotel and flights for the event in October 2020, will I be reimbursed?

Clarion Energy is not responsible for reimbursing you for your hotel and flights. We recommend you contact the hotel or airline directly to cancel your reservation and request a refund.

Is access to the online platform free? When will the registration for the online platform be open?

Will I have access to the whole programme online for free?

Yes, the content online will be available upon registration and it will be free of charge.

 

Until when can I register to the online platform?

Do I have to pay to access the Hub Sessions in 2020?

For 2020 all Hub Sessions will be online in a virtual event setting, for free, as soon as you sign up for the online platform. Click here to sign up.

For 2021, access to the Hub Sessions is included in your free Visitor Pass – all you have to do is register your interest here
