Enlit is the new unifying brand for Clarion Energy’s worldwide series of Utility Week and POWERGEN events. A guiding light for the sector that brings clarity to the global energy transformation and defines the roles of all of those involved.

What is the difference between the Summit Programme and the Hub Sessions Programme?   

The Summit Programme offers a strategic and policy forming environment, serving every level of the energy value chain. The Summit's fine-tuned content offering includes different tracks and themes, bringing together C-level experts and innovative thinkers within the energy industry, offering the right platform to brainstorm and strategise about the industry's challenges ahead.

The free-to-attend Hub Sessions offer a dynamic format and engaging Q&As, allowing attendees to network in an exclusive topic-led setting. This creates the right environment to help companies tackle the challenges they face in an ever-changing environment.

What is Initiate?

Initiate was launched by European Utility Week as a platform for start-ups, students, young professionals, established professionals and investors to share ideas and innovations.

Initiate is the essence of Enlit Europe: an interactive co-working and networking space that takes you on an entrepreneurial journey, and is the centre of gravity for all cutting-edge technology, new talent and co-creation.

The Initiate programme stimulates innovation and change in the energy industry by including all players in the discussion – all with the intention to catapult the industry forward.

How can I attend the event?

You can attend the event as a Visitor, a Summit delegate, a student or you can be part of the event as a Sponsor, an Exhibitor or a Partner.

Note: Pre-event registration as a Visitor is free of charge. Anyone who registers on site during the event, from the 27th until the 29th of October at the Fiera Milano Rho, will be charged €99.

 

Is the event free of charge?

Online Visitor Registration is free – a Visitor Pass will give you access to the Exhibition Floor, the Hub Sessions, Initiate and the Networking Receptions. Check this page for more information.

Anyone who registers on site during the event, from the 27th until the 29th of October at the Fiera Milano Rho, will be charged €99.

 

Until when can I register to the event?

Online registration for a Free Visitor Pass will be available until Monday, 26th of October. Anyone who registers on site during the event, from the 27th until the 29th of October at the Fiera Milano Rho, will be charged €99.

Online registration for a Summit Pass will be available until Friday, 23rd of October. If you decide after the 23rd of October that you would like to attend the Summit, passes will be available on site for the applicable rate.

Do I have to pay to access the Hub Sessions?

Access to the Hub Sessions is included in your free Visitor Pass – all you have to do is register here

What is the difference between a Visitor Pass, a Summit Pass and a 1-Day Summit Pass?   

A Visitor Pass is free and gives you access to the Exhibition Floor, the Hub Sessions, the Initiate Hub and the Networking Receptions. Your Visitor Pass is valid for all 3 days of the event.

A Summit Pass grants you access to all the above, plus the exclusive Summit area, where you will be able to attend the Summit programme, networking sessions. You also have access to lunch and refreshments. Your Summit pass is valid for all 3 days of the event and different rates are applicable, depending on the date you register and your company type. 

A 1-Day Summit Pass gives you access to all the above, but then for 1 day of your choice (you will be asked to confirm the day you want to attend until 1 week before the event).

Are there group discounts to attend the Summit?

Yes. If you want to register a group of people to attend the Summit, there are different registration rates applying to Utilities/ Cities/ Governments/ Non-Profit, Traders and Vendors.

What are the payment methods available?

You can pay for your Summit pass by bank transfer or with credit card. You can select the payment method during the registration process. 

 

Do I need to register for an Exhibitor Pass?

Yes, all exhibitors need to register for the event, using their customised staff registration link available in the Exhibitor Portal

Build up / Breakdown passes: It is mandatory to register online for a build up pass; check the information available in the Exhibitor Portal

 

Can students attend the Summit for free?

Students can apply to the Initiate Young Talent Programme if they want to attend the Summit for free. Their application will be considered by a selection committee and selected students will be asked to contribute to the Initiate! final report as well.

I am a member of the press. How can I join the event?

As a press pass holder, you’ll be given access to our top speakers, as well as full access to the 3-day event, the exhibition, all Hub Sessions and to the strategic Summit. We will also assist you in setting up interviews which you can conduct in our dedicated media centre.

I am a speaker. Do I need to register for the event?

Yes, you should register for your Contributor pass as soon as possible by filling out a form available in the Speakers Portal. If you don’t know how to access the Speakers Portal, get in touch with our Content team: Conference@enlit-europe.com

 

I have registered, but I didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail. What can I do?

Please check your Spam Folder for the confirmation e-mail. If it is not there, send us an e-mail at service@enlit-europe.com and let us know which was the e-mail address you registered with, so our team can help you.

 

I have made a mistake during registration. How can I edit my information?

If you have registered for a Visitor Pass, you can click on this link and use your Registration key to update your registration.

If you have registered for a Summit Pass, send us an e-mail at service@enlit-europe.com and let us know which was the e-mail address you registered with, so our team can help you.

 

How do I get my ticket to access Enlit Europe?

1 week prior to the event you will receive an e-mail from the organisers with a link taking you to the entrance barcode voucher. Click on the link and take the barcode voucher with you to the event on your phone/ tablet. At the registration area you will be able to scan your barcode and receive your badge to access the event.

Note: If the event is postponed, tickets will be transferred to the new event date. Should you not want to attend on the new event dates, your ticket will be applicable for the following year. Read more here.

Can I book my hotel and flight to Milan at discounted rates?

Yes, we work with dedicated agents that provide special discounts and rates for hotel bookings around the venue and flight reservations to Milan.

Will there be free WI-FI in the Fiera Milano Rho?

During the event there will be open Wi-Fi available for all visitors in the exhibition halls and Summit rooms. This network will be able to support all basic internet functionalities (mobile devices / event website access). Access details will be shared on site, in our printed floor plan and venue signage.

 

Is there an event app I can download?

Yes, there will be an event app available to download closer to the event. We will communicate more information about the app closer to the event.

 

Will delegates receive a copy of the presentation material?

All registered Summit delegates will receive an e-mail after the event with a link to access the presentation material.

 

Where can I park my car during the event?

Will there be a cloakroom?

Yes, there will be a cloakroom service available at the venue, located by the registration desks, next to the Halls entrances. It will open daily from 1 hour prior to and until 30 minutes after show hours. A fee per item will apply.

 

Will there be an ATM?

There are multiple ATMs at the venue and around the Halls and main entrance. Click here for a detailed map.

 

Will there be a prayer room in the venue?

There is a prayer room available at Fiera Milano Rho, located at the Service Centre by the South Entrance. Please find the map here.

 

Where is the first aid office located?

An infirmary located next to the Service Centre by the South Entrance will ensure first aid service throughout the exhibition period, including build up and breakdown. Please find the map here.

The Exhibition Floor will host 1,000 international exhibitors - check out the Exhibitors List here.

Exhibitors can park close to Viale Lombardia Est, along Halls 1-4; tickets can be purchased on the Fiera Milano E-service portal. Check your Exhibitor Portal for more information, also for specific information about parking during build up and breakdown.
