What is Enlit Europe?

Enlit is the new unifying brand for Clarion Energy’s worldwide series of Utility Week and POWERGEN events. A guiding light for the sector that brings clarity to the global energy transformation and defines the roles of all of those involved.

When and where does the event take place?

From 30 November through to 2 December 2021 in Fiera Milano di Rho, Milan, Italy. More information

How can I get involved in the event?

You can get involved throughout 2021 with our online offer or register to attend the live event in Milan.

 

Who will I meet during the event?

At Enlit Europe you can meet with experts from utilities, network operators, vendors, consultants, start-ups and system integrators covering the entire smart energy value chain. We are looking forward to welcoming a total of 18,000 industry experts, 1,000+ exhibitors and 500+ speakers in Milan. Check out this page for more information about our audience.

Our online platform includes a networking option via which you can interact and search for the most convenient profiles for your business.

What is the difference between the Summit Programme and the Hub Sessions Programme?   

The Summit Programme offers a strategic and policy forming environment, serving every level of the energy value chain. The Summit's fine-tuned content offering includes different tracks and themes, bringing together C-level experts and innovative thinkers within the energy industry, offering the right platform to brainstorm and strategise about the industry's challenges ahead.

The free-to-attend Hub Sessions offer a dynamic format and engaging Q&As, allowing attendees to network in an exclusive topic-led setting. This creates the right environment to help companies tackle the challenges they face in an ever-changing environment.

What is Initiate?

Initiate was launched by European Utility Week as a platform for start-ups, students, young professionals, established professionals and investors to share ideas and innovations.

Initiate is the essence of Enlit Europe: an interactive co-working and networking space that takes you on an entrepreneurial journey, and is the centre of gravity for all cutting-edge technology, new talent and co-creation.

The Initiate programme stimulates innovation and change in the energy industry by including all players in the discussion – all with the intention to catapult the industry forward.

How can I attend the event?

You can attend the event in Milan as a Visitor, a Summit delegate, a student or you can be part of the event as a Sponsor, an Exhibitor or a Partner. Registration is open and you can secure your spot by registering here - this page also explains what's included in each registration type / ticket.

Is the event free of charge?

Visitor Registration is free – a Visitor Pass will give you access to the Exhibition Floor, the Hub Sessions, Initiate and the Networking Receptions. You can register here.

 

Do I have to pay to access the Hub Sessions?

Access to the Hub Sessions is included in your free Visitor Pass – all you have to do is register here

 

What is the difference between a Visitor Pass and a Summit Pass?   

A Visitor Pass is free and gives you access to the Exhibition Floor, the Hub Sessions, the Initiate Hub and the Networking Receptions. Your Visitor Pass is valid for all 3 days of the event.
A Summit Pass grants you access to all the above, plus the exclusive Summit area, where you will be able to attend the Summit programme, networking sessions. You also have access to lunch and refreshments. Your Summit pass is valid for all 3 days of the event.

Are there group discounts to attend the Summit?

Yes. If you want to register a group of people to attend the Summit, group discounts apply. All the details are available on this page.

 

What are the payment methods available?

You can pay for your Summit pass by bank transfer or with credit card. You can select the payment method during the registration process. 

Please note, bank transfer will only be available until the 15th of November. Any Summit pass purchase made after that date can only be paid with credit card. 
No payments will be allowed on site, at the entrance / at the Fiera Milano, so please make sure to pay online before entering the venue, and bring your confirmation e-mail with you, so you can scan your QR code at the self-service stations and print your badge.

 

Can students attend the Summit for free?

Students can apply to the Initiate Young Talent Programme if they want to attend the Summit for free. Their application will be considered by a selection committee and selected students will be asked to contribute to the Initiate final report as well.

I am a member of the press. How can I join the event?

As a press pass holder, you’ll be given access to our top speakers, as well as full access to the 3-day event, the exhibition, all Hub Sessions and the strategic Summit. We will also assist you in setting up interviews which you can conduct in our dedicated media centre.

I am a speaker. Do I need to register for the event?

Yes, you should register for your Contributor pass as soon as possible via the Speakers HQ portal. If you don’t know how to access the portal, get in touch with our Content team: Conference@enlit-europe.com.

 

I am an exhibitor - do I need to register for an Exhibitor Pass?

Yes, all exhibitors need to register for the event via the Exhibitor Portal.
Build up passes: It is mandatory to register online for a build up pass; check the information available in the Exhibitor Portal

 

I have registered, but I didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail. What can I do?

Please check your Spam Folder for the confirmation e-mail. If it is not there, send us an e-mail at service@enlit-europe.com and let us know which was the e-mail address you registered with, so our team can help you.
 

I have made a mistake during registration. How can I edit my information?

On the confirmation email you received after registering there is a link that allows you to edit your registration details - click on that link to access the registration form and make any changes.
If you can't find your confirmation email, please send us an e-mail at service@enlit-europe.com and let us know which was the e-mail address you registered with, so our team can help you.

 

When does registration close?
You can register for the event until 2 December, 15h00 CET, using our registration page (online).
It will not be possible to register on site, at the entrance / at the Fiera Milano, so please make sure to register online before entering the venue, and bring your confirmation e-mail with you, so you can scan your QR code at the self-service stations and print your badge.

 

How do I get my ticket to access Enlit Europe?

1 week prior to the event you will receive an e-mail from the organisers with a link taking you to the entrance QR code voucher. Click on the link and take the QR code voucher with you to the event on your phone/ tablet. At the registration area, you will be able to scan your QR code and receive your badge to access the event.
 

 

Is access to the online platform and programme free?

How do I get to the Fiera Milano di Rho?

This page will let you know what are the different travelling options to the venue.

 

Can I book my flight and hotel at discounted rates?  

Enlit Europe 2021 works with dedicated agents that provide special discounts and rates for hotel bookings around the venue and flight reservations to Milan. Check this page for more details: Venue.

Can I get a VISA invitation letter from the organiser?

Yes, we can provide you with a VISA invitation letter. Click here to check if you need a VISA to travel to Milan and after registration opens you can contact us.

COVID-19 & Safety

Which measures are in place during the event?

Together with the venue, we follow the All Secure Standard to take steps towards a safe environment during Enlit Europe in Milan. To see which measures we have taken, click here.

 

Am I allowed to travel to Italy from my residency country?

Please make sure to check the official website of the Italian Ministry of Health before registering for the event and making any travel arrangements.

 

How can I access the venue - do I need to be vaccinated or do I need to have a negative test result?

You can access the venue with a COVID-19 green certificate, which is also known as the EU Digital COVID Certificate, which is available for all citizens in European Union and the Schengen Area. This green certificate will be able to show one of the three below QR codes which will give you access to the premises of Fiera Milano during our event:

  • have completed the prescribed anti-SARS-CoV-2 vaccination cycle for at least 14 days;
  • or have recovered from COVID-19;
  • or have taken a molecular or antigen swab test within 48 hours prior to entering Italy with negative results.  

In case you are travelling from outside the European Union and/or Schengen Area, please make sure to bring printed proof of your full vaccination with you to the venue. Vaccination is valid if you have had 2 shots of Pfizer-BioNTech/Astra Zeneca/Moderna or 1 shot of Jansen Johnson & Johnson. In case you have had another vaccination, only 1 shot or no vaccination at all, please note that it’s mandatory to always have a negative test result of a molecular or antigen test with you which is not older than 48 hours when you enter the venue, which can result in multiple tests while being in Italy. (updated on 9 September 2021)

The Fiera Milano will also have a testing area available at their premises for rapid testing which can be used to enter the event (at your own expense).

 

Will there be a testing area at the Fiera Milano di Rho?

Yes, the venue will also have a testing area available at their premises for rapid testing, which can be used to enter the event (at your own expense). After a negative result, you will receive a printed proof which can be shown at the entrance.

 

Which health measures are being taken inside the event halls?

Please note that it’s mandatory to wear face masks at all times inside the venue. Other measures applicable are, but not limited to:

  • distancing of 1M
  • Sanitising station
  • Extensive cleanings
