In this Key Note Henrik will share his last 10 year Data-AI-Readiness journey as a business leader with no Computer Science background. He learned, as part of a growing peer-to-peer community, about practices used by data, AI and software experts.   

The community realised how design patterns for large scale distributed software, data and AI engineering is spilling over to other business/management diciplines.  These data/AI/tech patterns give insights into what operational, organisation and governance patterns works for business in an industry ecosystem.  

The audience will get insights into how business operations and business executives get inspiration from other more tech oriented diciplines. To do intersectional innovation and adapt these learnings to relevant operational, organisational and business patterns fitting for, and accelerating the Energy Transition.
