Victor has over 20 years of international experience managing startups and large companies. He holds several patents in powerline communications, invented Broadband PLC, founded the silicon design house Design of Systems on Silicon. Currently, he focuses on providing competitive, innovative and effective solutions to utilities fostering their infrastructures’ digitalization processes. He has a key role in several global standardization and regulatory organizations. Victor lectured and holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia.
