Roberto Minicucci
With more than 20 years of experience in Engineering, Services and Cybersecurity for large multinationals, Roberto has successfully driven changes and established Cybersecurity programs on a global scale.
In his current role as Sr Product Manager, he develops the OT cybersecurity services portfolio, supporting commercial growth and adoption of advanced, efficient security technologies.
Experienced in leading teams and defining strategy and priorities for cybersecurity and forward-looking company positioning. His expertise spans multiple Cybersecurity domains, their implementation in the Energy sector, and related Standards and Regulations.
Previously, Roberto has held senior positions including Product and OT Security Sr. Director, Third Party Risk management Leader, Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures Cybersecurity Leader, building or advancing practices across the company.
Starting as Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Cisco Systems, he then moved, as Remote Diagnostics Service Manager, to GE Oil & Gas; here he played a foundational role in growing the service of an order of magnitude over 3 years while introducing key features and technologies. Successfully he transitioned to Baker Hughes and held various cybersecurity roles, before joining GE Vernova.
Roberto holds a M.Sc. in Electronic Engineering from the University of Florence, Italy; he achieved several technical certifications (e.g. CCNP, CEH, NIS2 DTP etc.) and is, or has been, member of professional associations active on industrial cybersecurity standards development (e.g. ISA 99, ENISA, IEC TC65).
